Growing up, I was the "good Christian girl". Chasing validation and worthiness, I believed my value was tied to my achievements.
 

But by 28, I felt completely lost, unfulfilled, and was deeply depressed. On the outside, I appeared confident and successful, but inside, I was drowning in self-doubt and anxiety. I became masterful at escapism and struggled with addiction. I was hopeless and desperate for change.

One day, with tears streaming down my face, I cried out: “Please God, Help me figure out my life! I want to be happy.”

Days later I was catapulted into my spiritual awakening, where I made a choice: NO MORE living by society’s standards, and no more letting fear and limitation dictate my life. I was determined to reclaim my power and create a deeply happy and fulfilling life that was truly my own!
 

I immersed myself in the study of science and spirituality, training with master-teachers in fields like quantum physics, neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, trauma, and somatic healing. I uncovered the truth of our reality and learned how to create lasting transformation—not just for myself, but for others.
 

That pain I once carried has become my greatest gift. Today, I am living my soul’s purpose as a ceremonialist, transformational guide, and human potential activator, helping people like you break free from limitations and step into a life of true freedom, fulfillment, and deep happiness.
